Escape, with more Kobolds

With the help of a half-elf of uncertain provenance, the party escapes from the hobgoblins and escorts the freed merchants to Piebald Bluff, a massive storm at their heels.   Out early on errands the next day, the party runs into a raiding party of kobolds who have somehow scaled the city walls hiding among the jetsam.  The kobolds are killed or chased off, and a little investigation reveals that there is a great need for heroes in Piebald Bluff.
